Description
Hedva Amrani and group Pilpel Lavan sang "Belev Echad" at the 1978 Israeli Song Festival, Israel's national selection for that year's Eurovision Song Contest.
At the end of the voting, the song was tied in 1st place with the song "A-ba-ni-bi", performed by Izhar Cohen and Alphabeta. After a re-count of the votes of the individual jury members, "A-ba-ni-bi" was declared the winner, with "Belev Echad" not going to Eurovision.
