Excerpted from the 6.21.23 livestream concert with Joyce Andersen & Harvey Reid. Written in 1899 by Ada Blenkhorn andJ. Howard Entwistle, this was the theme song of the original Carter Family. Their radio broadcasts in the 1930s and 1940s were an inspiration for Harvey & Joyce during their pandemic sessions.

This is a slightly remixed & re-remastered video of one of over 800 performances Joyce Andersen & Harvey Reid live-streamed in 74 pandemic-era concerts on their YouTube channels. Show #1 aired on April 10, 2020. All music was posted direct-to-internet with one camera, one microphone and in one take. The archive of original, traditional and cover songs & instrumentals features over 90 different combinations of voices & instruments, including 6 & 12-string guitars, electric guitar, autoharp, dobro, lap steel, violin, viola, mandolin, mandocello, 6-string banjo, bouzouki, looper and keyboard. Current plans are to gradually re-release close to 400 individual songs from this remarkable body of music.
